Totally disappointed! Google said it was good, good reviews, so we went...doors locked, nobody around..no sign saying open OR closed..but yet on Google it says OPEN till 4. Should I even try going back another day? One star, based on the reviews and pictures.
To their credit, it isn't an everyday restaurant, and sometimes they just have a limited menu/buffet. I came for a burger or a Cuban but there were only the dregs of a buffet left over at the end of a Friday afternoon about 3pm. He offered me a deep discount because all they really had was some beans and rice (which I do like) and 6 ribs. To be fair, I'll give them another shot in the earlier part of the day on a Monday and reconsider my 3 stars. The chef was nice and really proud of his creations but they were just too old to be attractive to us at that time. But really, I didn't expect based on my pre-visit research that it would be so beat on a Friday afternoon. No a la carte items offered means to me they just have a lower volume than can be supported by regular and constant menu availability but it is, I see, a lunch buffet place.
